Shipping.
Prints are made to order and shipped from the Pacific Northwest. Worldwide shipping. Most standard prints arrive within 2–3 weeks.
From order to delivery.
Each print is made to order, packed carefully, and tracked door‑to‑door. Worldwide shipping is included in the print price.
Production. Standard prints are produced in 5–10 business days. Larger collector sizes and crated work take longer — typically 2–4 weeks.
Carriers. Domestic US prints ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking. International prints ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on size and destination.
Transit. Standard sizes within the US arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping. International transit varies — typically 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
Tracking. Once a print ships, tracking is sent to the email you ordered with. Reach out to hello@joeeitzen.com if anything looks off.
International orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not collected at the time of order.
If a print arrives damaged. Email hello@joeeitzen.com within 7 days with photographs of the packaging and damage. A replacement will be sent at no cost.
