Returns.
A simple return policy — 14 days, original packaging, by mail. If anything ever arrives damaged, it is replaced at no cost.
If something's off.
The goal is for every print to arrive looking exactly as it should. When that doesn't happen, the path forward is simple.
Return window. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The print must be unused and in original packaging.
How to start a return. Email hello@joeeitzen.com with the order number and a short note about what's not working. A return shipping label will be sent if applicable.
Refunds. Once the print is received and inspected, the original payment method is refunded — typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non‑refundable; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the print arrived damaged or incorrect.
If a print arrives damaged. Email hello@joeeitzen.com within 7 days with photographs of the packaging and damage. A replacement is sent at no cost — no return needed.
Custom and commissioned work. Custom sizes, custom framing, and commissioned work are final sale and not returnable, except in the case of damage in transit.
